سلام خسته نباشید من سال۹۱ که مجرد بودم عمل کیست تخمدان کردم و تخمدان چپ درآوردن والان ازدواج کردم و یه دختر هفت ساله دارم ولی بعضی وقتا شکم طرف چپ یخ میزنه انگاری یخ توشه بعد از نیم ساعت خوب میشه میخواستم دلیلش بدونم

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
